Architectural Construction Manager

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an Architectural Construction Manager to lead the delivery of architectural and finishes works for transit stations and related structures on a major light‑rail extension project in Ontario. The role focuses on ensuring that all architectural elements are built to the highest standards of quality, safety, and schedule while staying true to the design intent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the construction of architectural finishes, including cladding, glazing, roofing, and flooring.
• Oversee all architectural and finishes construction activities for stations and related structures.
• Ensure works comply with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
• Maintain alignment with design intent and project specifications.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience overseeing architectural and finishes construction on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Understanding of design intent and project specifications.
