Analyst – Early Talent Program in Infrastructure & Renewable Resources

About the role

Join BCI’s Infrastructure & Renewable Resources (I&RR) Early Talent Program as an Analyst in Victoria, BC. Over a two‑year period you will work on the buy‑side, supporting investments in infrastructure, forestry and agriculture, and gain exposure to institutional investing across private and public markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the investment team in sourcing, evaluating and executing infrastructure, forestry and agricultural opportunities.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation and due‑diligence analyses.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support active governance activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Victoria, London and other offices on cross‑border projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in infrastructure, renewable resources, forestry or agriculture investments.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn on the job.
