AI/ML Architect – Advanced Technology Centers

About the role

Accenture’s Advanced Technology Centers are looking for an AI/ML Architect with deep expertise in large language models and agentic architectures. You will design, build, and operationalize AI agents, data pipelines, and ML solutions that run reliably in regulated enterprise environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
• Build LLM and agentic systems using function‑calling, prompt engineering, and production‑grade orchestration.
• Implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, or Milvus.
• Train and deploy models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, SageMaker, Azure ML, or Kubeflow.
• Stand up custom agent frameworks across Amazon Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI, and Anthropic Claude SDK.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, micro‑services, and workflow systems via CI/CD pipelines on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Apply Responsible AI controls for fairness, bias detection, and safety in regulated industries.
• Run MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Python or Java development.
• Minimum 2 years designing and operating scaled Agentic AI or Generative AI solutions in production.
• Experience with major public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud‑native AI services.
• Strong English communication skills for interaction with global stakeholders.
