AI Transformation Associate Manager

About the role

Accenture Song is hiring an AI Transformation Associate Manager (Enterprise Advisory) as a lead and principal role. You will own end-to-end design and delivery of AI-powered business transformation for enterprise clients, working across opportunity identification, roadmap definition, organisational change and responsible AI governance. The position is full time, mid-level, and open to multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design and delivery of AI transformation initiatives, from opportunity identification through implementation, so they drive measurable business outcomes.
• Lead transformation assessments of existing AI programmes and organisational capabilities, identifying gaps, risks and adoption blockers.
• Define and maintain the AI transformation roadmap, including use case sequencing, capability uplift and operating model evolution.
• Partner with CMOs, CDOs and senior business leads to define AI strategy and prioritise use cases.
• Design and lead organisational change management and AI adoption programmes, and embed responsible AI principles and governance from day one.
• Build repeatable AI capability programmes, including innovation initiatives, workforce upskilling and operating model design.
• Establish AI performance and value tracking, defining business KPIs, adoption metrics and benefit realisation frameworks.
• Integrate AI programmes into enterprise environments, ensuring interoperability with existing technology, security and compliance requirements.
• Lead, develop and retain a high-performing team, mentoring junior colleagues and setting standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years designing, leading and delivering AI or digital transformation programmes for enterprise clients, including strategy definition, use case prioritisation and business case development.
• 2+ years of people management experience, including direct oversight of junior colleagues and a track record of mentorship.
• University degree required.
• Proven ability to turn emerging AI industry developments into thought leadership for clients and colleagues.
• English required, as the role interacts regularly with stakeholders across Canada, the US and other countries.

The recruiting effort fills a brand new position. Base pay ranges from $90,850 to $140,850 depending on location (Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver).
