AI Specialist

About the role

Clearbridge Business Solutions is launching an AI enablement practice and needs a customer‑facing AI Specialist to help clients adopt AI and improve security. The role is based in Abbotsford, BC and involves working directly with business owners, operations managers and executives to identify real business value from AI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations, ask probing questions and translate business goals into AI and security recommendations.
• Deliver education sessions such as lunch‑and‑learns, office hours and hands‑on training for non‑technical audiences.
• Own end‑to‑end AI enablement engagements from discovery through implementation and follow‑up.
• Develop and maintain Clearbridge’s AI consulting playbook and ensure repeatable delivery.
• Manage the company’s cybersecurity offering across all tiers, including dark‑web monitoring and threat services.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator who can simplify complex AI and security concepts for executives and business owners.
• Customer‑obsessed mindset; measures success by the impact on clients.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools daily to solve business problems.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and ability to discuss threat landscapes with non‑technical stakeholders.
