About the role

Emeritus is seeking an experienced AI in Healthcare professional to serve as a Course Facilitator for an 8‑week live online program partnered with Harvard Medical School. This independent contractor role offers flexible, remote work while providing high‑impact academic support to a global cohort of working professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly office hours and moderate required discussion boards.
• Guide learner engagement during faculty live sessions and help synthesize session content.
• Assist learners with capstone assignment challenges and provide timely feedback.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to improve course engagement and comprehension.
• Monitor learner progress, flag issues, and coordinate escalations as needed.

Required profile

• 10+ years of professional experience in AI applied to healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred in Artificial Intelligence, Healthcare Management, or a related medical field.
• Proven ability to discuss AI technologies, AI‑driven health products, and digital medicine concepts.
• Hands‑on familiarity with existing AI systems used in clinical or health‑service settings.
