About the role
As a Member and Client Experience Advisory Agent, you will enhance the banking experience for Desjardins members and clients. You act as a trusted guide, helping customers navigate transactions, adopt digital tools, and resolve issues safely.
Key responsibilities
- Advise members on existing applications and digital tools that enable self‑service transactions.
- Promote Desjardins products and services to improve business development.
- Maintain strong relationships through high‑quality service delivery.
- Assist members who encounter fraud or irregularities and refer them to the appropriate partners.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on safety and compliance.
- Ability to communicate clearly about digital banking solutions.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
