About the role
We are seeking experienced Advanced Care Paramedics for a permanent full‑time position at our Smoky Lake station. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality emergency care while upholding patient and employee safety.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advanced pre‑hospital medical care in accordance with Alberta EMS standards.
- Follow a rotating schedule of four days on duty followed by four days off.
- Maintain quality, patient safety and employee safety as core performance expectations.
Required profile
- Valid Advanced Care Paramedic (ACP) practice permit meeting Alberta EMS requirements.
- Current Alberta Class IV driver’s licence.
- Completion of all mandatory training, including MCP and PDIC.
What we offer
- Retention incentive: $5,000 after 1 year, $12,000 after 2 years, $17,000 after 3 years.
- Upcoming orientation dates: November 23‑27 2026.
