About the role
We are accepting expressions of interest for a Permanent Full‑Time Advanced Care Paramedic to work at our Smoky Lake Station. The position supports our core values of quality, patient safety and employee safety, and will be awarded in accordance with the collective agreement.
Required profile
- Valid Advanced Care Paramedic practice permit that meets Alberta EMS practice requirements.
- Current and valid Alberta Class IV driver’s licence.
- Completion of all mandatory and required training, including MCP and PDIC.
What we offer
- Retention incentive: $5,000 after 1 year, $12,000 after 2 years, $17,000 after 3 years.
- Work schedule of four days on followed by four days off.
- Upcoming orientation dates: October 5‑9 and December 7‑11, 2026.
