About the role

The Admissions Manager leads the recruitment and admissions unit at UBC Sauder School of Business, guiding prospective students through the application journey and ensuring operational excellence. This role champions student access, diversity, and success while aligning with the school’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all admissions processes, workflows, and systems.
• Oversee daily operations of the Admissions Operations team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications.
• Collaborate with academic departments and marketing teams to meet enrollment targets.
• Develop and implement policies that promote equity, inclusion, and high‑quality student intake.
• Analyze admissions data to inform continuous improvement and reporting.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in higher‑education admissions or related student services.
• Strong understanding of equity, diversity, and inclusion principles.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
