Ad Creative Graphic Designer

About the role

Bowery Boost is a women‑founded, NYC‑based digital growth and creative agency that partners with mission‑driven e‑commerce brands in beauty, fashion, wellness and CPG. As part of the creative team, you will turn structured briefs into high‑performing ad assets that are sharp, on‑brand and built to drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end creative production process across multiple client accounts.
• Translate briefs into concepts, formats and deliverables for paid social campaigns.
• Design and edit high‑performing static and video ad creatives.
• Build templates, systems and workflows to scale production efficiently.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of design experience with a strong focus on paid social creative.
• Proven track record creating ads for Meta, TikTok and other performance channels.
• Deep understanding of what makes creative perform (hooks, pacing, messaging).
• Ability to work quickly, iterate without over‑polishing, and mentor junior designers.
• Experience in fashion, beauty or consumer brands is a plus.
