Acute Care Physiotherapist – Full‑time

About the role

The Royal Inland Hospital is seeking a full‑time Acute Care Physiotherapist to join its multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. You will work primarily Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts, providing comprehensive physiotherapy services to support patient recovery and functional independence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and prescribe equipment as needed.
• Design and oversee rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and self‑management.
• Guide and supervise the rehabilitation assistant.
• Participate in quality‑assurance initiatives, research, and educational activities.

Required profile

• Licensed physiotherapist able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule with occasional weekends and statutory holidays.
• Commitment to departmental goals and continuous professional development.
