Accountant (US Experience) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced US‑based accountant to support our AI training team. The role involves reviewing, annotating, and validating financial data to ensure high‑quality training datasets while applying GAAP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize US accounting experience to review, annotate, and validate financial data for AI training purposes.
• Apply GAAP (US) standards to ensure accuracy and relevance of financial information.
• Collaborate with an AI development team, providing subject‑matter expertise and detailed feedback on accounting processes.
• Work with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, and QuickBooks to offer insights on accounting workflows and best practices.
• Support quality assurance by auditing training datasets and identifying inconsistencies or gaps.
• Document complex accounting concepts and scenarios in clear, concise written form for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Proven US accounting experience with a solid understanding of GAAP.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience in financial annotation, auditing, and process documentation.
• Ability to work independently on a remote, contract basis.
