Accountant

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to join No Saint’s finance team in Montreal. The role will own the full accounting cycle, support accurate financial reporting and help strengthen our accounting processes as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete accounting cycle from data entry to draft financial statements.
• Process and reconcile all accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Handle vendor payments, scheduling, authorizations and maintain payment records.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
• Maintain the general ledger, perform month‑end and year‑end close procedures and prepare trial balances.
• Conduct bank, credit‑card and balance‑sheet reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Oversee inventory tracking and cost accounting to support product operations.
• Track and report HST/GST/QST remittances and support provincial tax filings.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the full accounting cycle in a fast‑growing environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with finance leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate financial reporting.
