Account Manager – Utilities (Edmonton)

About the role

Noramco is seeking an energetic Account Manager for its Utilities division in Edmonton. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, building and maintaining relationships with customers while promoting existing and new electrical products.

Key responsibilities

• Contact current and prospective clients to assess needs for existing or new products.
• Process incoming calls and orders, and open new accounts.
• Make proactive outbound calls and follow up on pricing quotations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and provide basic technical support.
• Develop strong, repeatable relationships and liaise with suppliers on project opportunities.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education.
• Previous sales/inside‑sales experience in the Canadian electrical industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Professional approach, strong organization, multitasking and attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn technical product information and create bid packages.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed and a collaborative team spirit.
