Account Manager – Podcast Advertising

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to champion client podcast advertising campaigns from kickoff to wrap‑up. You will bring high energy, a positive attitude, and obsessive attention to detail while juggling multiple campaigns and helping our clients succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and podcast partners, acting as a strategic partner throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of audio advertising campaigns, including programmatic, direct, and sponsorship‑based buys.
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, ad ops, finance) to ensure accurate delivery, timely asset approvals, and smooth execution.
• Collaborate with podcast creators and brand stakeholders to align messaging, manage inventory, and maximize monetization opportunities.
• Support media planning and proposal development in collaboration with the sales team.
• Track performance and develop post‑campaign reports to inform renewals, upsells, and long‑term client success.
• Assist with purchase order management, invoicing, and CRM documentation to support internal processes and revenue tracking.

Required profile

• Energetic, positive, eager to learn and grow, with a high level of attention to detail.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales planning and/or account management, preferably in audio or podcast‑related roles.
• Proven client‑facing experience at a publisher or agency.
• Solid grasp of the digital advertising and media landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
