About the role
As an Account Manager at SafeContractor, you will be the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, driving account growth and ensuring long‑term partnership success. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored compliance solutions that protect people, operations, and the planet.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned clients.
- Manage contract renewals proactively to ensure continuity and sustainable growth.
- Identify and capture new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular on‑site visits to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Design, present, and negotiate customized sales proposals and change requests.
- Collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Accounting teams to follow up on purchase orders and contractual matters.
- Provide strategic recommendations and analyses to maximize customer value.
- Report accurately on sales performance and account developments.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 + years of business development or account management experience in a B2B environment.
- Proven consultative selling ability with a focus on customer needs.
- Strong influencing and relationship‑building skills.
- Financial acumen, including forecasting and strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer priorities.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Dynamic, agile, and comfortable in a highly regulated setting.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
