Account Manager – Flexible Packaging (Montreal)

About the role

Polystar & Business Partners is seeking a full‑time Account Manager to join its Montreal team. This hybrid position combines on‑site collaboration with remote work flexibility, focusing on managing and expanding client relationships within the flexible and lamination packaging sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored proposals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality packaging solutions.
• Track market trends and provide actionable insights to improve processes and client strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship management and customer service abilities.
• Proven experience in account retention and sales strategy execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; French proficiency is highly desirable.
