About the role

We are seeking an Account Executive to support our operations management team. The role is remote and focuses on analysing managerial methods, conducting quality audits, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

Analyse and advise on managerial methods and organisational structures.
Conduct quality audits and propose improvements to processes, systems and procedures.
Provide responsive customer service and maintain client relationships.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement operational enhancements.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree.
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
