Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive will drive new business acquisition and grow existing accounts across all lines of business, including service and installation solutions for Bosch Building Technologies. You will act as the primary liaison with clients, understanding their security needs and presenting tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client security requirements and communicate relevant Bosch products and services.
• Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and bid documents that highlight features, benefits, and meet pricing and operational criteria.
• Develop and execute a proactive follow‑up methodology for all prospects.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to assess satisfaction, generate referrals, and resolve past‑due collections.
• Sell service contracts and second‑year upgrades for existing customers.
• Solicit equipment upgrades, replacement projects, and promotional opportunities.
• Present final contracts, ensuring all deposit, tax, invoicing, and project details are complete.
• Complete sales orders and related documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure profitable, on‑time installations and provide continuous project oversight.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role.
• Strong connections within the local market and familiarity with the city.
• Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in the security industry.
• Continuing education valued – technical, associate, bachelor degrees or security certifications.
