Technical Sales Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

Systabuild Software Group (SEMA) is a software provider for timber construction, stair construction and roofing and cladding, serving customers worldwide. It is looking for a motivated Technical Sales professional who can bridge its technical solutions and customer needs, supporting clients from first contact through to solution implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
• Understand customer requirements and turn them into technical solutions
• Present and demonstrate products and software to prospective clients
• Provide technical consultation and support during the sales process
• Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations and presentations
• Work closely with engineering, product management and support teams
• Support customers during onboarding and initial implementation
• Maintain long-term customer relationships
• Track sales activities and opportunities in CRM/ERP systems
• Represent the company at trade shows, events and client meetings

Required profile

• Degree or technical background in engineering, carpentry, construction, IT or a related field
• Experience in technical sales, pre-sales or solution consulting
• Strong understanding of technical products, ideally in software or construction technology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Self-motivated, organized and results-driven
• Willingness to travel as required

Preferred skills

• CAD/CAM, BIM or prefabrication/offsite construction solutions
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
• International sales experience
