About the role

TD Asset Management is seeking a senior leader to head its Fixed Income Product Management function. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures that TDAM’s fixed income offerings remain competitive, well‑positioned, and aligned with client needs across institutional and retail segments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Fixed Income Product Management team, overseeing product stewardship, positioning, and commercial performance.
• Ensure fixed income products stay competitive and meet market demands.
• Collaborate with Investment Teams and Client Portfolio Management to align portfolio characteristics with product positioning.
• Work with Product & Marketing Intelligence to drive product enhancements and new initiatives.
• Partner with Distribution and Marketing to maintain consistent product messaging.
• Represent fixed income products to senior internal stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in fixed income product management or a related investment discipline.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team of product managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across investment, marketing, and distribution functions.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering competitive, market‑driven product solutions.

Required skills
