Virtual Styling & Sales Lead

About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a Virtual Styling & Sales Lead to head its VIP Styling Studio within the Ecommerce team. Based in Los Angeles, this hybrid position blends strategic planning with hands‑on client interaction to drive growth and deepen relationships with high‑value customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the VIP Styling Studio, coordinating with E‑Commerce, Retail and Marketing to shape strategy and daily client experience.
• Develop digital content, tools and a training library to ensure a scalable, consistent client‑eling approach.
• Grow and manage a personal portfolio of high‑value clients through outreach, styling appointments and personalized product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and studio sales targets, focusing on conversion, retention and lifetime client value.
• Host virtual and in‑person styling appointments, creating a seamless online‑to‑in‑store experience.
• Identify and cultivate VIP clients across digital and retail channels, designing growth strategies for key segments.
• Partner with Marketing and E‑Commerce on launches, events and gifting initiatives for high‑value customers.
• Establish reporting and KPIs, using customer and sales insights to continuously improve the program.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a sales advisor or stylist with a track record of building lasting client relationships.
• Background in retail sales, client‑eling or personal styling, preferably in a VIP or high‑touch environment.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Endear or similar client‑eling/CRM platforms.
• Excellent written communication and customer‑service skills, capable of creating compelling styling content.
• Comfortable analyzing sales data and KPIs to inform strategy.
• Flexible availability to support both office and store responsibilities each week.
