About the role
Youness Canada Immigration Ltd is seeking a User Support Technician to deliver business systems, network and Internet support to employees in Camrose, AB. The role involves troubleshooting user issues, maintaining network access, and ensuring reliable operation of computer systems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide access to computer networks and report on system performance.
- Respond to user difficulties, consult technical manuals, and implement solutions.
- Deliver advice, training, and incident management for identified problems.
- Maintain a problems‑and‑solutions log for the support team.
- Participate in application redesign and software updates.
- Set up equipment, install cables, operating systems, and required software.
- Perform web‑server backup and recovery operations.
- Offer customer service and manage incidents.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in user support, preferably within the immigration sector.
- Demonstrated ability to handle network and Internet support tasks.
