About the role

Maritime Travel Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Travel Counsellors to join its team across several British Columbia locations. You will use your passion for travel to guide clients in selecting destinations and products that match their dreams, while delivering top‑tier service in person, by phone, and via email.

Key responsibilities

• Sell travel products and destinations based on client interests and needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels.
• Prepare and process travel itineraries using the company’s automated templates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales or customer‑service experience.
• Personal travel experience and a genuine love for travel.
• Ability to work part‑time or full‑time in an onsite environment.
• Strong team orientation and willingness to learn new systems.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software quickly.
