Tattoo Service Supervisor

About the role

The Tattoo Service Supervisor will lead the daily operations of Dragon FX’s tattoo studio in Edmonton. This role ensures a smooth, client‑focused environment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control all daily studio activities, evaluating performance and implementing improvements.
• Develop, organise and enforce policies and procedures for staff.
• Plan and manage the studio’s budget, inventory, and supplies.
• Recruit, train, and supervise tattoo artists and support personnel.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation (high school diploma) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in a tattoo or similar service environment.
• Strong oral communication, organisational ability, reliability, and a team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Attention to detail in a fast‑paced setting.
• Ability to balance sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
