About the role

WildBrain is seeking a Talent Management Coordinator to join its Toronto office. Working in a hybrid model, you will support the Talent (HR) department across North America, ensuring smooth administration of payroll, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing policy interpretation and issue resolution.
  • Monitor the employee inbox and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Support core talent processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes, and departures.
  • Prepare and process talent documentation such as offer letters, employment letters, contracts, and templates with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR and benefits vendor systems, supporting audit readiness.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day HR operations such as leave of absence administration, exit interviews, employment letter preparation, HR events, and external verifications.
  • Respond to internal and external HR‑related inquiries, including employment verifications.
  • Partner with Talent team members to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Provide feedback on HR processes and support Talent leaders on projects and initiatives.

Required profile

  • Experience in Human Resources, preferably as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator.
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management (completed or in progress).
  • Strong client‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong administrative and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
