Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

FCC Canada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment across its corporate group and construction projects throughout Canada. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager and focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment for all open roles, including sourcing, resume screening, phone screens, and interviews.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build a robust candidate pipeline for assigned portfolios.
• Leverage professional online and social media networks to attract and engage potential candidates.
• Provide hiring managers with trusted advice using diverse interviewing and assessment techniques.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Required profile

• Strong client‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate or construction environment.
• Proven track record of building talent pipelines and delivering quality hires.
