Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

BWZ is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to expand its recruiting capabilities across media, tech, sales, and events. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you will own end‑to‑end hiring while also supporting broader people‑operations initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings to define hiring criteria, success metrics, and interview structures for each role.
• Drive each requisition forward, flagging risks, escalating decisions, and maintaining transparent communication.
• Lead structured, evidence‑based interviews that assess candidate capability beyond basic screens.
• Serve as the in‑house expert on BWZ’s hiring process, market landscape, and candidate pool, providing confident recommendations to hiring managers.
• Build and nurture active and passive candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing, personalized outreach, and ongoing networking.
• Enhance BWZ’s talent brand with high‑quality candidate interactions at every stage.
• Report recruitment metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Identify workflow automation or AI tools that improve speed or quality.
• Support People Operations projects each quarter, including onboarding, HR documentation, and process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruiting and partnering closely with hiring managers.
• Deep understanding of evidence‑based recruiting methodologies.
• Strong sourcing abilities, especially with passive candidates at all seniority levels.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate trends into actionable process enhancements.
