Systems Administrator IV – Hybrid (Mississauga)

About the role

This contract position supports the ITS ETO NetOps & SecTools team for a four‑month period (with possible extension or conversion). The Systems Administrator IV will work in a hybrid model, spending three days onsite in Mississauga, focusing on incident troubleshooting, CyberArk projects, and collaboration with the engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents.
• Lead and contribute to projects involving CyberArk.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team on system and security initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of overall IT experience, including systems administration.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of business, technology controls, security, and risk issues.
• Proven ability to participate in moderate to high‑complexity projects and provide detailed reporting, analysis, and assessments.
• Willingness to serve as a subject‑matter expert on cross‑functional and enterprise initiatives.
