System Administrator

About the role

Advantage Group International is looking for a detail‑oriented System Administrator to manage and enhance its corporate IT environment. You will combine hands‑on technical work with strategic initiatives, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the company’s systems while driving AI‑enabled automation.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enhance the full Microsoft 365 stack, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, and Intune.
• Maintain system security, data integrity, and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Lead IT improvement projects such as upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Partner with external vendors and internal teams to keep environments running optimally.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and backups.
• Design, build, and maintain AI agents that automate repetitive IT tasks (ticket triage, password resets, onboarding workflows, system health monitoring).
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other AI/ML platforms to deploy intelligent automation across IT operations.
