Supply Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Planner to join the supply and planning team at our Shawinigan plant, a leading manufacturer of track systems for off‑road vehicles. Reporting to the Manager of Material Management and Planning, you will ensure timely component supply while optimizing inventory and supporting both internal production and customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of components from introduction to obsolescence.
• Analyze consumption data to create accurate forecasts and define sourcing and storage strategies.
• Execute replenishment processes using MRP and Kanban, and monitor follow‑up actions.
• Maintain inventories, support warehouse operations, and participate in engineering change committees (ECR/ECN).
• Create, maintain and optimise master data in the manufacturing system (MRP).
• Contribute to digitalisation projects such as Power BI dashboards and WMS enhancements.
• Take part in continuous‑improvement and cost‑optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in procurement, operations management, administration or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, initiative, leadership and collaboration skills.
• Functional English and French.

Required skills

• SAP (experience preferred).
• Power BI.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS).
