Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst will manage day‑to‑day supply plans, perform detailed analysis, and maintain master data in the Syspro ERP system. This position supports accurate decision‑making and efficient supply chain operations across Socomec North America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans, supporting forecasting and demand‑capacity analysis.
• Collaborate with buyers and internal teams to monitor purchasing activities and supplier delivery performance.
• Provide analytical insights on inventory levels, supplier performance, demand/supply trends, and procurement effectiveness.
• Create, analyze, and distribute regular and ad‑hoc reports for supply chain decision‑making.
• Design and maintain dashboards and visualisations in BI tools/Excel for key performance indicators.
• Maintain, update, and validate master data in Syspro (item master, supplier data, BOMs, routings, lead times, pricing, etc.).
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, implement controls to ensure data integrity.
• Support system and process improvements, automate reports, and participate in system enhancement projects.
• Analyse purchase price variances, inventory valuations, and supply chain cost drivers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, IT or related field.
• Supply chain certification (e.g., ASCM CSCP/CPIM, ISM CPSM, SCMP) is an asset.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement or data analysis, preferably in ETO manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, e‑commerce or distribution.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, procurement, inventory management and logistics.
• Analytical thinking and data‑driven decision‑making.
