About the role
We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join the People & Culture function of a leading client. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, shaping sourcing strategy for the enterprise‑wide Human Resources portfolio and influencing long‑term procurement decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the People & Culture team to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans.
- Lead complex RFI/RFP processes and high‑stakes contract negotiations for recruitment, benefits and training services.
- Identify innovative solutions while managing third‑party risk in a highly regulated environment.
- Translate research and data into compelling business cases that drive value.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
