Store Associate – Retail Sales & Customer Service

About the role

Giant Tiger is seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join its store team in Quebec City. As a Store Associate you will deliver excellent customer service while supporting daily store operations and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and assistance.
• Accurately process transactions using electronic cash registers, mainline and self‑checkout stations.
• Replenish merchandise around the checkout area and manage hot‑selling items, markdowns and SKU changes.
• Maintain planograms, labels, tickets and signage standards.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with tobacco, lottery and health‑safety policies.
• Keep the checkout work area clean, organized and follow loss‑prevention best practices.
