Software Engineer (Hybrid, All Levels)

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production systems that handle real customers and real money.
• Own features end‑to‑end, from initial design through deployment and post‑launch support.
• Lead and participate in technical design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Integrate modern AI tools into daily workflows and help push AI capabilities forward.
• Bridge the gap between infrastructure and product teams.

Required profile

• Delivers shipping‑ready code, balancing perfection with timely delivery.
• Thinks in first principles and has formed strong opinions on architecture and distributed systems through experience.
• Is language‑agnostic and can excel with any stack.
• Uses AI tools to accelerate work, not as a crutch.
• Communicates clearly through design docs, code reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
