Software Engineer - EKS

About the role

lululemon is looking for a Software Engineer focused on Amazon EKS to design, build, and maintain high‑performing services that power our digital experiences. You will work within a global, Agile‑driven team to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that support our business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end software solutions across the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to production deployment.
• Write high‑quality, scalable code for complex features, including service integrations, data processing pipelines, and user‑facing functionality.
• Lead technical design discussions, present proposals, and evaluate trade‑offs with stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure maintainability and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with product managers and architecture partners on feasibility, scope, and technology choices.
• Provide on‑call support and be available outside standard business hours as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering software solutions in a collaborative, Agile environment.
• Strong ability to lead design discussions and make informed technical decisions.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to code quality.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call rotations and support production systems.
