Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Specialist at CBI Health will design and execute dynamic social media strategies that boost brand visibility and engage target audiences across platforms. This remote position includes occasional travel to clinics to support events and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive social media marketing plans in line with company goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to align campaigns with broader initiatives.
• Create, curate, and schedule high‑quality content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Monitor engagement, reach and conversion metrics, generate performance reports, and conduct A/B testing for optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
• 1‑3 years of experience managing social media or digital marketing, preferably in healthcare.
• Passion for social media, creative content creation and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong self‑management and goal‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media analytics tools.
• Experience in video filming and editing.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms for scheduling and publishing.
