Shipping & Receiving Clerk – Forklift Operator

About the role

Altium Packaging is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to operate a forklift, load and unload trucks, and ensure material flow on the production floor. The role supports safe and efficient warehouse operations while complying with company and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklift to stack, retrieve, load, and unload supplies and materials.
• Load trucks and secure products according to customer requirements.
• Unload pallets, skids, and lifting devices, and monitor material usage on the shop floor.
• Weigh and label materials or products, record results on tags or production schedules.
• Maintain inventory levels, label, sort, wrap, and tie products as needed.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and applicable regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current OSHA forklift certification.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
