Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Capital Food Services is looking for a full‑time Logistics Coordinator to join its Montreal office. You will be responsible for keeping our supply chain running smoothly, from inventory control to international shipment tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory levels and update records.
• Coordinate supply‑chain operations, including import/export documentation.
• Maintain efficient delivery schedules for business and restaurant clients.
• Track shipments, troubleshoot logistical issues, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to provide excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Proficiency in inventory and supply‑chain management.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate processes and suggest improvements.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in logistics, import/export, or transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field is an advantage.
• Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish language skills.

Required skills

• Experience with logistics or transportation software.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
