Senior Vice President, Sales & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a senior executive to lead sales and operations across Canada and the United States for a fast‑growing municipal equipment and infrastructure organization. Reporting to the North American leadership team, the Senior Vice President will shape commercial strategy, drive operational excellence, and build a high‑performing leadership culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial and operational roadmap for North America.
• Lead all sales activities, develop growth plans, and increase market penetration.
• Oversee customer support, field service, warranty programs, and customer‑experience initiatives.
• Own revenue, profitability, and operational targets; partner with finance on forecasting and budgeting.
• Build, mentor, and develop a strong leadership team while fostering a culture of transparency, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the organization with municipal customers, dealers, distributors, and industry partners.
