Senior SEO Manager – Client Strategy & Growth

About the role

Latched is a growth‑focused digital marketing agency serving regulated cannabis, vape, hemp and alternative‑wellness brands. We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager who will own SEO strategy, lead client relationships, and coordinate across email and paid‑media teams to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own SEO strategy for 8‑12 client accounts, including keyword planning, content direction, technical audits and link‑building oversight.
• Review and approve all SEO deliverables before client delivery, staying current on algorithm updates and AI‑driven search trends.
• Serve as primary point of contact for top‑tier clients, delivering bi‑weekly strategy calls, monthly reports and quarterly business reviews.
• Create custom strategic reports that translate rankings, traffic and technical fixes into revenue impact and growth recommendations.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities based on data trends and AI‑enhanced SEO capabilities.
• Collaborate with Paid Ads and Email teams to present a unified growth narrative for each client.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience managing SEO for multiple B2B or regulated‑industry clients.
• Proven ability to build trust with clients and lead retention conversations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience presenting data‑driven insights to senior stakeholders.
