Senior Communications Coordinator

About the role

Join Best Buy Canada’s communications team as a Senior Communications Coordinator. You will help shape internal messaging across multiple channels, ensuring employees stay informed, connected, and recognized. The role is remote‑first with regular in‑person collaboration in the Greater Vancouver area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and distribute engaging internal content via email, digital platforms, TV screens, video, and the intranet.
• Produce e‑newsletters, event recaps, and ad‑hoc communications that celebrate teams and individuals.
• Maintain content calendars, inboxes, weekly reports, and event trackers.
• Support planning and execution of online, hybrid, and in‑person events, including town halls.
• Track performance of communication channels and generate regular analytics reports.
• Manage and update content on the intranet and other communication tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of communications experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• 3+ years of business or operations experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field; French fluency is a plus.
• Retail experience or experience in large organizations with many frontline employees is an asset.
