Senior SAP BTP Consultant / Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Consultant / Lead to design, architect, and deliver enterprise‑grade solutions on SAP BTP. The role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding teams through complex SAP transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Act as technical architect and lead for SAP BTP‑based extensions, integrations, and cloud‑native applications.
• Design and implement side‑by‑side extensions using CAP (Node.js / Java) and CDS models.
• Lead SAP Integration Suite (CPI) development with standard and custom adapters (SFTP, HTTPS, OData, SOAP, JMS, AMQP, Mail, etc.).
• Define integration patterns, API governance, and security models using API Management, OAuth2, SAML, and IAS/IPS.
• Manage SAP BTP global account, sub‑accounts, environments, and governance standards.
• Drive migration initiatives from SAP PI/PO or legacy middleware to SAP BTP.
• Collaborate with functional teams (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, HCM, FI/CO) to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and ensure delivery quality.
• Participate in architecture reviews, estimations, roadmap planning, and stakeholder discussions.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in SAP BTP, integration, and cloud‑native development.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and act as an architect on large‑scale SAP projects.
• Strong communication skills to work with functional experts and senior stakeholders.
