Senior Project Manager – Siebel & I&IT Projects (12‑month contract)

About the role

This 12‑month contract position supports the Ontario Public Service in delivering large‑scale, high‑risk IT and business projects. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex initiatives, ensuring they meet business requirements, timelines, and budgets while adhering to OPS governance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end project management for OPS I&IT initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, risk logs, change‑management documentation, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate and communicate with business stakeholders, project leadership, Siebel technical teams, and other IT resources.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with OPS methodologies, standards, and budget constraints.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, facilitate decision‑making, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Siebel functionalities, data structures, components, and resource roles.
• Proven experience in project planning, monitoring, and change management across multiple technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with both business and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, issues, and project documentation.
• Experience working on public‑sector IT projects is an asset.
