As a Senior Commercial Legal Counsel, you will act as a strategic business partner, driving high-stakes transactions and providing expert legal guidance to support our mission of creating a lasting positive impact.

Missions principales

• Lead, structure, draft, and negotiate complex client transactions, including Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Act as the subject matter expert for commercial engagements, managing diverse contract types such as professional services, master subscription agreements, and licensing.
• Provide strategic and tactical legal advice on high-value commercial deals, specifically those involving complex technology components (SaaS, Cloud, and system implementations).
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks associated with transactions and propose innovative, business-aligned solutions to mitigate them.
• Serve as the primary legal point of contact for Requests for Proposals (RFP) and maintain strong relationships with both internal business leaders and external partners.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in commercial law, specifically within professional services, technology, or a large-scale corporate legal department.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiating complex technology-driven agreements (SaaS, Cloud, etc.).
• Strong ability to balance legal risk management with commercial objectives and business agility.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
