Senior Integration Lead – SAP S/4HANA (Remote)

About the role

The Senior Integration Lead will design, implement, and manage integration solutions within a SAP S/4HANA environment for the Government of Manitoba. Working remotely, you will partner with business and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless connectivity between SAP and internal or external systems.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on leadership for all SAP integration activities across the province’s agencies.
• Lead technical design and implementation of SAP integration technologies, including adapters and SAP BTP Integration suite.
• Coordinate integration testing, resolve system and process issues, and ensure quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, integration roadmaps, and integration strategy aligned with business goals.
• Guide development teams on best practices, monitor performance, and optimize integration solutions for scalability and reliability.
• Partner with Manitoba business and IT leaders to translate integration requirements into technical specifications.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an individual contributor and team leader on at least three end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (on‑premise and cloud).
• Strong ability to analyse system linkages, address conflicts, and engage in difficult conversations with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional standards, code of conduct, and independence requirements.
