Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – International Supply Chain

About the role

TEXPERTS is expanding its international business team and seeks a senior professional to drive supply‑chain and sales activities across North America and carpet markets. The role combines business development, client management, and end‑to‑end logistics for yarn products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and sales revenue in the USA, Canada, Mexico, and carpet segments.
• Coordinate international sales from lead generation through post‑shipment execution.
• Manage client relationships, supplier interactions, and order processing.
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce), SAP, and shipment tracking systems.
• Handle payment follow‑ups, documentation, and operational coordination.

Required profile

• Background in the textile industry (mandatory).
• Experience in the USA/Canada textile markets is preferred.
• Canadian permanent residency is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and operational management abilities.
• Fresh graduates with relevant textile knowledge may also apply.
