Senior Condominium Portfolio Manager

About the Position

Join a leader in residential association management and take charge of a diverse portfolio of properties. As a Condominium Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high service standards, and fostering strong relationships within the communities you oversee.

Main Missions

• Manage and lead a strategic portfolio of residential properties, ensuring optimal maintenance and operation.
• Act as the primary liaison between community boards, residents, and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with the Regional Director to define, implement, and achieve long-term operational objectives.
• Supervise on-site teams across multiple locations and drive continuous process improvement.
• Conduct regular property inspections and quality control audits to ensure compliance with global service standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
• Oversee incident management and provide professional training to staff members.

Profile Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in condominium or property management.
• Must hold a valid General License in good standing.
• Professional designation (RCM or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-site operations.
