Senior Business Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for high‑impact business, operational and regulated finance positions within a fast‑scaling global fintech environment. The role is remote‑first, allowing you to collaborate across multiple time zones while partnering directly with senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for senior business, operational and regulated finance roles worldwide.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, market mapping and targeted outreach for niche fintech profiles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define hiring strategies, role requirements and structured interview processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication, timely feedback and effective closing.
• Advise leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks and role leveling across regions.
• Use recruiting metrics and funnel data to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates and enhance hiring efficiency.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview frameworks, ATS hygiene and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including senior‑level hiring in fast‑paced tech or fintech environments.
• Proven experience hiring for regulated financial roles such as compliance, brokerage operations, risk, finance or legal.
• Strong sourcing expertise with a track record of building pipelines for specialized, hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using ATS tools and recruiting analytics.
